Refund & Return Policy
At Sycamore Rise Nexus LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item for an exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalized/custom items
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
